It is accepted by expressing two characteristics and by canceling the characteristics of people who want to play a role in the Islamic government. According to the accepted meaning, the indicator of more knowledge in work, honesty and clean hands, observance of piety and piety, being more similar to the infallible leaders, peace be upon him, in speech and behavior, opposing words to enemies, and in other words showing hostility to the enemy, are among the most important criteria and The criteria for selecting people to hold government positions are in the Islamic government, and observing these characteristics can help in determining the correctness and make the affairs of the people easier for the Islamic government. انتخاب افراد برای مسئولیت ها و مناصب حکومتی در حکومت اسلامی از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است و به طور کلی در آیات الهی و روایات اهل بیت علیهم السلام دلایل مختلفی در راستای تبیین ملاک و معیار انتخاب و تعیین اشخاص برای مناصب حکومتی بیان شده است، یکی از دلایلی که قابلیت رسایی در این حوزه دارد، روایت مقبوله عمر بن حنظله است، از این رو تبیین کاربست مقبوله عمر به حنظله در تعیین تراز و معیار انتخاب افراد، مسأله اصل این پژوهش می باشد. که با روش تحلیلی – توصیفی و اجتهادی صورت می پذیرد. مقبوله با بیان دو سنخ ویژگی و با الغای خصوصیت بیانگر صفات انسان هایی که می خواهند در حکومت اسلامی نقش ایفا کنند. بر اساس دلالت مقبوله، شاخص دانایی بیشتر در کار، درستکاری و پاک دستی، رعایت تقوا و ورع، شبیه تر بودن به پیشوایان معصوم علیه السلام در سخن و رفتار، مخالف سخنان با دشمنان و به عبارت نمود دشمن ستیزی از مهم ترین ملاک ها و معیار های انتخاب افراد برای احراز مناصب حکومتی در حکومت اسلامی است و رعایت این ویژگی ها می تواند در تعیین اصلح کمک شایانی نماید و انجام امور مردم را حکومت اسلامی سهولت بخشد. http://fqaht-mpbs.ir/finalFile/1700033784_616b1366df3e33886dc63bbb97437802.pdf
